Do you need to be reminded to 'take a deep breath' every once in a while?
'Peace I Ask of Thee, oh River' is one of my favorite songs - learned decades ago at summer camp.
I have looked for years for the perfect river scene with which to use these lyrics, which never fail to bring me serenity. The Cedar Flow in the Adirondack area of northern New York State provided that perfect scene.
Thank you, Glendora Gosling, for writing these beautiful words. I have researched copyright for them and have had no response to my queries; it might be public domain.
